There are a couple of amazing bows in Conan Exiles, so if you like this playstyle, be sure to invest your points into Accuracy. The higher it is, the more damage your bows will deal. - edited May 2013recovery think since armor penetration dose not work in pve,and recovery work very good like 1% cd reduction from it turn in 3% so whit 2k recovery u can have 40% or close to it cd reduction

If you are trying to use dummies to test it then that's why you don't see a change. Dummies have no damage resistance. That made me wonder.. If you have other classes that apply resistence debuffs on the target playing with you constantly (GF and GWF are 2 I know that have abilities that do that), we will not need that much armor pen (22%).. this is more the case when playing besides a GWF, cause they can AoE debuff mobs resistence.After 22% it stops doing anything because PVE dungeon monsters only have 22% damage reduction. stats with stone pet:
Power - 6700 = +268dmg
Critical Strike - 2750 = +16,4% crit chance
Armor Penetracion - 1060 = +10,2% res ignored
what if take most bonus power from jewelry/enchants/pet (about 3k?) and put that into armor penetracion or crit strike or recovery ?? wouldn't that go better for dps ?
for the record like its been stated above power outweighs crit by alot after you have 2200-2400 crit rating arp out weighs your crit till you have 22% recovery i personaly ****ing hate i thinks its a terribe stat and it made the itemization for rogue tier gear **** ill stick to my non tier epics and rock my 2 set shadewalkers till i can get 4 piece swash since thats the only set owrht **** but i stack power at all times then arp to 22% then crit to 2200-2400 then rest into power as much as you can - edited May 2013

Penetration will mostly depend on your group.
Most of the bosses in trials have 18,2k resistances so :
Boss 18,2k de résistance........................................18,200
Ele Drain/taunt : 5280..................................... -5280
crusher enchant: 1622.............................. -1622
Alkosh: 3010.................................................. -3010
Power of the Light : 1320..................................... -1320
both Sharp weapons: 5160: ......................................... ..... -5160
For a stam user and considering those Buffs/debuffs, the boss has 1808 armor left and spriggan is 4k physical pen (so it's a bit overkill), for a Magika DD, you have 4.8k more spell pen due to light armor passive so spinner is even more overkill
So basically, you have to think if your group can apply all of the above and if not consider what's best between Pene and WD
